Every old Dalmatian house has an attic. Old things are kept in the šufit (attic), which often have their own sentimental value, and are often also a memory of our history. That is why Šufit is the guardian of something ancient and beautiful, something that in most cases is connected to our grandfathers and our ancestors. There has been one klapa of the same name in Split for 30 years - Šufit. They are also guardians. They protect the original Klapa Dalmatian script from being forgotten. From time to time, they wipe the dust off that heritage and present it polished to people who love, appreciate and hold on to that heritage.
Klapa Šufit has been at the very top of Croatian klapa for years. At the Split Festival in 2012, she won the first prize of the expert jury for the song "Ne diraj moju ljubav", and it was this song that won the radio airwaves. A song that will soon reach 50,000,000 views on YouTube!

Formed in the šufit of the school, singing songs from the šufit of our grandfathers, the klapa rose to the very top, to the šufit of Dalmatian klapa songs. The great career of Klapa Šufit was marked by great success at FDK Omiš, when they won three years in a row from 2006 to 2008. were absolute winners, the winners of "Porin". As representatives of Croatia, they performed at the most important ethno festival in Europe - EBU Folk Festival 2009 in Koln, where they left a strong impression on the audience and numerous music editors of leading European national radio stations.
