Due to the Istria 300 cycling race taking place on Saturday, 3 October, special traffic regulations will be in place in parts of Istria.

Participants are advised to travel to Motovun via the Istrian Y motorway, using:

• Nova Vas (Novigrad) exit – for those arriving from the direction of Novigrad/Buje/the eastern coast of Istria (e.g. Poreč, Rovinj, etc.)

• Lupoglav exit – for those arriving from the direction of Buzet, Pazin, Labin, Rijeka, etc.

Please avoid arriving from the direction of Pazin, where temporary road closures and special traffic regulations will be in place during the day.

We recommend planning your journey in advance and allowing extra time for possible traffic congestion.

• Registration and race pack collection will take place in Motovun, on the terrace of the Winery & Design Hotel Roxanich. (Google maps lokacija)

• Parking is available near the starting point. Once the parking spaces in the immediate vicinity of the hotel are full, traffic wardens will direct vehicles to the grass area near the off-road track. Parking is free for all participants.

• Registration starts at 9:00 AM. All you need is the purchase confirmation you received by email or your booking code. Please make sure to arrive within the time slot selected during registration.

• Registration closes at 12:00 PM, when the final group starts.

• Upon registration, participants will receive a backpack, wine passport, wine glass, glass holder and water bottle. At each wine station, participants will collect the corresponding stamp in their wine passport.

• Once you have collected your race pack, your adventure begins – follow the trail signs.

• To wrap up the day, an AFTER PARTY awaits you at Station 7, on the lower level of the winery at Roxanich Hotel. The party starts at 4:00 PM with DJ Hoky, followed by a performance by REAKTIVA BAND from 7:00 PM.

• We recommend wearing comfortable, warm and waterproof clothing and footwear.

• The organiser has provided a medical support vehicle with a doctor, which will respond to calls made to the service support number.

• Please DO NOT bring strollers, bicycles, motorcycles or similar means of transport to the walk.

• DOGS ARE WELCOME, but they must be kept on a leash.

• The maximum time allowed at each station is 20–25 minutes, in order to avoid larger crowds.

• Participants are required to present their wine passport at each station when consuming the included food and wine, so that it can be marked accordingly.

• The host will cross off the corresponding glass or plate in the passport. The participation fee includes tastings of gastronomic specialties, wines and other selected beverages at all seven stations along the route.

• Toilets are available along the route.

• Additional bottles of water can be purchased at stations No. 3, No. 5 and No. 7.

• At the finish, a 360° Photo Booth will be waiting for you, giving you the opportunity to capture the end of your experience and immediately receive the photo on your mobile phone as a keepsake.

• We recommend arriving at the starting point before the scheduled start time indicated on your voucher, so you have enough time to complete registration and start the route on time.

• LET'S PROTECT THE ENVIRONMENT – please dispose of all waste in the designated bins provided at each refreshment station!

• By paying the entry fee and participating in Teran Wine & Walk, each participant confirms that they are taking part entirely at their own risk and that they have read and understood all of the instructions listed above.

• The event will be filmed and photographed. By participating, each participant agrees that photo and video materials may be used for marketing purposes.
