A refund of the registration fee is not possible, except in the event of a postponement by the Organizer. In the event of extremely unfavorable weather conditions (heavy rain or strong winds), the event will be postponed to October 10, 2026. In such a case, previously purchased registration fees will remain valid for the rescheduled event, and Customers will be informed of the postponement in a timely manner. In the event of a postponement by the Organizer, a customer who is unable to attend the rescheduled event is entitled to a refund of the registration fee paid, less 3.5% (bank transaction fee). In the event of cancellation by the Organizer, the customer is entitled to a full refund of the registration fee paid. The organizer reserves the right to make changes to the collaborators and partners involved in the gastronomic and wine offerings at the event. During the event, the Organiser will make visual and audio recordings, as well as photograph the entire event. A part of such material will be used for future promotional purposes. By paying the participation fee, participants agree that the recorded materials may be used for event promotion without any liability for compensation. The Organiser will not be liable for any claims or demands which may arise from the use of photographs or video recordings for promotional activities.
