Refunds of paid registration fees are not possible, except in the event of postponement or cancellation of the event by the Organizer. In the event of extremely unfavorable weather conditions, including heavy rain and/or strong winds, the Organizer may postpone the event to 10 October 2026, in which case the registration fee already paid will remain valid for the new date. Customers will be notified of the postponement no later than 30 September 2026, by email and newsletter sent to the contact address provided at the time of purchase, through the official Istria Wine & Walk social media profiles, and on the official Colours of Istria website. A Customer who is unable to attend the event on the new date due to the postponement is entitled to a full refund of the registration fee, provided that the refund request is submitted no later than 6 October 2026. After this deadline, no refund due to postponement or on any other grounds will be possible. In the event of cancellation of the event by the Organizer, the Customer is entitled to a full refund of the registration fee paid.

The organizer reserves the right to make changes to the collaborators and partners involved in the gastronomic and wine offerings at the event. During the event, the Organiser will make visual and audio recordings, as well as photograph the entire event. A part of such material will be used for future promotional purposes. By paying the participation fee, participants agree that the recorded materials may be used for event promotion without any liability for compensation. The Organiser will not be liable for any claims or demands which may arise from the use of photographs or video recordings for promotional activities.
