Some of the fondest memories of your holiday in
Umag will be a patchwork of long walks by the sea, gazing at sunsets from a bench, beach hopping in your swimsuit, cycling and tourist train rides. This series of happy moments will take place along Umag’s picturesque promenade, which connects the old town with the picturesque villages along the coast.
The liveliest part stretches from the centre of Umag to the tourist resorts of
Stella Maris,
Katoro, and
Polynesia. Mediterranean parks, playgrounds, lovely beaches, and harbours alternate along the seafront, with bars, kiosks and benches hiding around every corner.
In the near future, the Umag promenade is planned to stretch from Camping Park Umag all the way to Crveni Vrh, a distance of around 40 km, making it the longest one in the Adriatic.
