Golf Range Concept - a driving range in Umag

You’ve always wanted to try golf, but you didn’t dare because the dress code, high membership fees, and expensive equipment didn’t appeal to you? Relax! You can play golf at the new driving range at Katoro Resort near Umag for just €10 per hour.

Golf for everyone

The driving range is open to all, as the owner wants to popularise golf and make it accessible to all different kinds of players – from curious 8-year olds to experienced golfers. The price per hour also includes professional golf equipment: a set of Dunlop clubs, balls, and gloves, and even special kids’ sets.

You can practice all of your golf strokes – here’s what awaits you:

putting green with 9 holes
bunker – a sand-filled hazard for practicing sand wedge strokes
chipping green – for short strokes
practice nets/mats – area for practicing drive strokes

Play by day, play by night

If your first golf strokes don’t turn out so well, don't fret. You can practice all day in the deep shade of pine trees, and even at night under artificial lighting. For some good advice or support, we have golf entertainers who will be happy to help. When you feel like a break, it's just a short walk to the sea and a terrace with refreshing drinks.

Golf for adults, mini golf for kids

Or the other way around. If you’re on holiday with your family and you’d like to try something new or just stay in shape, play golf together. Right beside the driving range, you’ll find a mini golf course with 12 holes, and an hour of play is just €4.
