What the workshop looks like
Aminess Hotels & Resorts traditionally organize a cooking workshop with the superstar of the Croatian gourmet scene, David Skoko. The action takes place in the kitchen of the Aminess Maestral Hotel in Novigrad, and the workshop lasts for four hours, during which time you will learn to prepare several dishes from local ingredients. Groups are made up of a maximum of 16 participants, so you will have David's undivided attention. In addition to the cooking course, you will also be taught about the production of olive oil, including a tasting of Vergal, one of the best Croatian oils, a bottle of which you will receive as a gift.
