International Dance Open – Festival of Dance and Fitness

This spring, Novigrad transforms into a hotspot of high-energy rhythm and world-class dance. 

From 27 to 29 March 2026, the city’s Sports Hall will host a prestigious international competition bringing together top dancers and athletes from across the region and beyond – International Dance Open.

This three-day spectacle merges two renowned competitions: the IBFF Fit Kids Balkan Championship and International Dance Open, delivering a packed, fast-paced program for all ages. 

Saturday afternoon and Sunday are all about dance. International Dance Open gathers performers of every style – from tiny tots to seniors. The youngest will take the stage in the „Mini Star“ program, while older competitors vie for the coveted „Gold Stars“ award.

With the support of the City of Novigrad – Cittanova and its Tourist Board, this event enriches Novigrad’s cultural and sports scene, promotes healthy living, and offers visitors a chance to enjoy top-tier performances in a truly international setting.
