Spring in Buje once again brings the beloved Šparogada, an event dedicated to one of the most prized spring delicacies – wild asparagus.

We are pleased to announce the 26th edition of Šparogada in Kaštel, a gastronomic event that for over a quarter of a century has celebrated the rich tradition of honoring the “queen of the forest.”

This traditional gastro-event celebrates seasonal flavors and the richness of Istrian cuisine, bringing together lovers of nature, good food, and pleasant company. Šparogada is the perfect opportunity to enjoy the spring atmosphere and an authentic Istrian experience.
