From December 18 to 21, Brtonigla becomes the home of handicrafts, design, and Istrian tradition. Thirty artists and creators will gather at the Tourist Board venue, bringing along objects that tell a story.
Artigiana kicks offon Thursday with a starlight concert by JR August, and on Friday the town moves to the rhythm of the Brtonigla Toons & Tunes Festival: vinyl records, second-hand boutiques, tattoo artists, and barbers create the perfect stop for unique gifts.

Over four days, there will be workshops for children and adults, performances, animated films, magician Luka Vidović, and BrtonIGRA with a grand Treasure Hunt. Combined with the aromas of Istrian cuisine at Parenzana and the Praline & Bollicine corner featuring JK Pastry’s sweets and Cattunar sparkling wines, every moment will be infused with a special flavor.
On Sunday comes the star attraction: The Nutcracker ballet performed by the Carlotta Grisi Dance School, with a guest appearance by Filip Jurić (SNG Ljubljana), followed by a grand Christmas raffle with a prize that takes you all the way to New York.
