Aminess Wine & Gourmet Nights in Novigrad presents a curated series of exceptional gastronomic evenings held at the Oliveto and Half 8 restaurants. Each event is conceived as a unique culinary experience, featuring a carefully designed five-course tasting menu created by acclaimed chefs from Croatia and the wider region.

The focus is placed on seasonal and locally sourced ingredients from Istria and the Adriatic, thoughtfully paired with premium wines from leading Istrian winemakers, creating a refined harmony of food and wine in every course. Each evening introduces a new concept and a distinct culinary signature, making every event truly unique and unrepeatable.

The events in Novigrad take place in an elegant seaside setting, often at sunset, further enhancing the overall atmosphere. The number of seats is limited, ensuring an intimate and exclusive experience for all guests.
