Villa Rita Beach in Umag is located in the Stella Maris area and is one of the best-known urban beaches, especially due to its proximity to the sea and good maintenance. In some parts, it is just a few steps from the sea (20–50 m from accommodation and the promenade), making it easily accessible without much walking. It is 1.7 km from the center of Umag.
