Each event is conceived as a unique culinary experience, featuring a carefully designed five-course tasting menu created by acclaimed chefs from Croatia and the wider region.

The focus is placed on seasonal and locally sourced ingredients from Istria and the Adriatic, thoughtfully paired with premium wines from leading Istrian winemakers, creating a refined harmony of food and wine in every course.
