In occasion of the International Yoga Day on June 21st, Novigrad will once again host a free yoga class for all thanks to our dear Sandra from Udruga Amrit Sagar.
Yoga poses (asanas) and pranayama breathing exercises will be suitable for all levels, while exercising by the sea, in the shade of pine trees, will most surely revitalise your body and spirit and create a memorable experience of your stay in Novigrad. Please bring your own mats, and see you there! 
Programme:
10:00 Exercise (asanas and pranayama)
12:00 Vegetarian snack
*In case of rain, the celebration will be held in the city sports hall!
By practicing yoga, we achieve a state of deep relaxation, while simultaneously experiencing complete alertness and clarity. In such a state, we feel great comfort and satisfaction, as our nervous system and entire body rejuvenate, reset, and begin to function optimally.
Through gradual and persistent practice, we can heal many physical and psychological disorders and illnesses, and truly become healthy, calm, balanced, and joyful.
We are looking forward to enjoying each other's company while exercising and indulging in a vegetarian food tasting.
