On Friday, 6 June, starting at 6:00 PM, the pier in Karigador will host a special gastronomic event as part of the Sapori di Mare project. Visitors can look forward to an evening dedicated to the flavours of the sea, premium Istrian wines, and live music by the waterfront.

The menu will be created by David Skoko, Antonio Brajković, and Hrvoje Hrvatin, three chefs who will prepare signature dishes inspired by the Adriatic Sea. The opportunity to see these three chefs together in one place is a rare treat for all lovers of fine gastronomy. David Skoko, one of Croatia’s most renowned chefs and a promoter of sustainable fishing, Antonio Brajković, a representative of the new generation of Istrian gastronomy, and Hrvoje Hrvatin, a chef known for his innovative approach to local ingredients, have designed a selection of original courses inspired by the sea, giving a new identity to ingredients that rarely take centre stage on restaurant menus.
Special emphasis will be placed on lesser-known fish species and marine organisms such as the blue crab and Atlantic lizardfish, which each chef will present in their own unique way. The dishes will be paired with wines from the Veralda and Cattunar wineries, while visitors will also have the opportunity to taste fresh oysters accompanied by sparkling wine. The musical programme will feature Toons&Tunes and the band Eter.
The number of portions is limited, and the price of each dish is €10.
