The Tourist Board of the City of Novigrad – Cittanova invites you to a free guided discovery of the history, tradition, and identity of this charming coastal town, held on the occasion of World Tourism Day.

Accompanied by a knowledgeable guide, visitors will stroll through the old town centre and explore its most precious landmarks, visit the Visitor Centre dedicated to the fishing heritage featuring a replica of the Novigrad batana boat, the Lapidarium Museum, and the Parish Church of St. Pelagius and St. Maximus with its crypt.

Special emphasis will be placed on the fishing heritage, which is today preserved and interpreted through multimedia content as well. After the tour, participants will have the opportunity to climb the Novigrad bell tower free of charge and enjoy breathtaking views over the town and the sea. Participation is free with mandatory prior registration. The guided tour is available in Croatian, German, and English.
