The trail starts from the Istrian Spa, where a 4.5 km ascent to the village of Žnjidarići begins. After arriving in Žnjidarići, turn left and continue through the villages of Poli, Medici, Vižintini and Laganiši to Sv. Lucija. After that, the descent to Gradinje begins, where you turn right and continue towards Livade. After several kilometres, turn right towards Ipši. Here starts the ascent to Sv. Jelena, followed by a descent towards Livade. After 1 km, turn right towards Krajići, then descend via the detour road, through Baline and Pirelići, to Livade. From Livade, turn right in the direction of Motovun, and, after crossing the bridge over the Mirna river, turn immediately left. Follow the course of the river Mirna all the way to the starting point, the Istrian Spa.
