• Route: Buje – Baredine – Dolina Mirne – Ponte Porton – Grožnjan – Triban (Parenzana) – Buje

Starting from the centre of Buje, head in the direction of Sunčana street, and then immediately after that street, turn right onto a path through the field. The path will lead you to a small bridge, where an ascent along the left slope of the Kastanjari hill begins. On the macadam road that leads to the top of the hill, turn left and through the vineyards to the road towards Donje Baredine. From Baredine, take the field path down to the valley of the Mirna river, then follow the macadam road along the river to the guesthouse and restaurant Ponte Porton. Pass Ponte Porton, and soon afterwards turn right onto the 5 km macadam track that climbs to Grožnjan. From Grožnjan, continue the trail and climb towards Peroj. Then return to Buje along the marked Parenzana route.

• In Buje you can take a walk through the old town which is embellished with several churches, among which the most impressive is the church of St. Servulus, the patron saint of the town

• Grožnjan, a medieval town where art lives, with a labyrinth of stone streets lined with art galleries and studios
