EUROPEAN CAMPERS DECIDED:
Camping Stella Maris in Umag won the prestigious award of the Dutch ACSI as the “Nicest Croatian Campsite for Children”. ACSI is Europe’s leading campsite specialist, known for its detailed and comprehensive campsite guides, which it has been publishing for decades. The award for the nicest campsite for children is given based on the votes of campers from all over Europe.
Why did Camping Stella Maris win the award?
Camping Stella Maris operates under the Istra Camping brand and was completely reconstructed in 2018. It offers a modern environment with 637 accommodation units that include premium, superior, classic and economy pitches, as well as mobile homes. It has a modernly equipped reception, a restaurant and a swimming pool with a surface area of 829 m².
The campsite is ideal for families with children thanks to its mini club, beach volleyball court and mini golf course. It also has a sports and recreational zone with entertainment for all ages. The strategic location of the Stella Maris Resort, near the ATP stadium, adrenaline park, well-tended beaches and promenades, as well as all the important Umag attractions, makes it the perfect place for guests looking for a combination of an active holiday and relaxation.
