Wine EnoGASTRO VIP Event

For several years now, Wine EnoGASTRO has been combining education with an opportunity for the local hospitality sector as well as other food and wine partners to present themselves. The event will be held on 3 March at 2:00 pm at the Culture and Events Centre (CMIK) and Rivalmare Boutique Hotel in Novigrad.

It will bring together stakeholders from Istria and Kvarner, who will be able to attend lectures by experienced speakers, trainers, chefs, sommeliers, and bartenders. The event is also a great opportunity for exhibitors because, in addition to the producers of wine and extra virgin olive oil from Novigrad, producers of cheese, ham, meat, fish and other regional specialities will also be able to present themselves to potential customers.

This unique festival of knowledge, education, socialising and business networking between caterers and producers contributes to raising the quality of the offer and services in Croatia’s tourism industry.
