Kapadia leads us through the story of three women—nurses trying to find their footing in the big city, each carrying her own burdens, secrets, and dreams. Visually captivating and partially shot guerrilla-style, with a camera that captures the city's authentic rhythm, the film eventually drifts into magical realism, leaving you with a silence that echoes long after.
